Educational Meetings at the Chapter Level

Chapters have regular meetings and frequently offer continuing professional education credits to their members.  They also provide an excellent opportunity to take advantage of the wealth of expertise and experience found within each local chapter in matters relating to accounting practice, business management, and tax related issues.

A. C. A. T.  Program

The Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation offers testing and credentialing for the small business accountant and tax practitioner.  Through the NCSA, the individual chapters organize local study groups and materials are provided.  Many members find the small group environment more conducive to a need specific learning environment in preparing for the A. C. A. T. examination.

The Enrolled Agent Program is also established at the chapter level for local study opportunities.  Materials and programming are available to prepare members for the Enrolled Agent Examination.

Seminars at the Annual Convention
